If you have a membership*, ALL aerobics classes are FREE! (does not include track membership) ATTENTION: If the Juniata School District is on a 2 hr delay or NO School, Shape Up class & SilverSneakers Classes are cancelled.

SU-Shape Up
Get up and get moving with this 1 hour morning class. This class consists of both cardio and muscular conditioning. Easy to follow aerobic combinations are used to increase the heart rate. An aerobic step, hand held weights, Therabands, Body Bars, and physio-balls may be used to increase the intensity of the exercise and for muscle conditioning.
KB-Kickboxing with Toning
This 1 hour class consists of non-contact kicking & punching in the air as well as footwork and a variety of cardio combinations associated with kickboxing. The cardio portion is followed by a short sculpting segment.
BC - Bootcamp Get up and get moving with this 1 hour morning class. This class consists of both cardio and muscular conditioning. Z-Zumba*
High energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that all the participants to dance away their worries. It is Fun and Easy to Do! Zumba is a feel-happy workout.
H/L-Hi-Lo
Get your heart pumping with this 1 hour class that consists of floor aerobics followed by muscular conditioning. Hi/Lo is designed to increase cardio endurance & muscular strength. Hand weights, Therabands, Body Bars, and physioballs may be used to increase the intensity of the exercise.
MSROM-SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Motion
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills.
HH – Hip Hop This fun and funky dance workout helps you burn calories plus tone and tighten your body, especially your abs. The first half of the class is dedicated to the dance party and the second half will incorporate toning exercises.
